Revision Policy

Rates naturally include a FREE revision if I make any mistakes in the recording.

Minor script changes (a few words) will be revised free (within 1 month of the original recording), but any other changes in the script will be charged at a rate of $10 per change/sentence.

In order to produce a timely finished product for you, please ensure to provide clear direction on the read style. I'm happy to have a quick phone or skype call for clarification/briefing on the project.

Please provide an audio file or link to a video for pronunciations of any hard to pronounce words as well as names or place names. It is also advisable to mark any special requests in the script – for example bolding or underlining words you’d like emphasised.

If you need numbers or acronyms to be read out in a specific way, please make that clear – for example 1300 could be read one three hundred or thirteen hundred, 0405 555490 could be read as zero four zero five triple five four ninty OR oh four oh double five double five nine oh etc. If you don't provide this information before, you will be charged a re-record fee.

If you need your work split into separate files, please provide a spreadsheet or details of the file names you would like me to use for each section. If you need more than 10 separate audio files, there may be a small additional production charge, which can be discussed at the time of booking.
